FAQs

We have put together a FAQ page where you’ll find the frequently asked question about and to us. If your questions are not on here, feel free to reach out to us so we can help you out in making your trip and stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Scuba Diving

  • How many dives do you do in a day?

We usually do three dives during the day, and then a night dive, to be scheduled.

  • How do I schedule and reserve my spot for a fun dive?

Planning your dives (time and dive site) is done here personally with our dive master. You may inform us in advance that you will be diving so we could give the team a heads up.

Others

  • How do I book a room?

You can send us a direct message on WhatsApp or send us an email.

Note: Details at the bottom of the page or click here.

  • Do your room rates include breakfast?

At the moment, no.

  • Do you have meals at your place?

We do offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals although we don’t have a fixed menu. We give our guests a few options hours before meal time depending on what’s fresh and in stock.

    • What are your payment options?

We accept cash, Gcash, bank or wire transfer (i.e. via Wise), or via PayPal plus a 5% fee.

Note: There are no ATMs on the island.

    • Are there direct trips from Apo Island to Siquijor?

Yes. There are direct boat trips between the two islands offered by Coco Grove and Island Vibes. They usually finalize their schedule a day before so if you’re in Siquijor, we suggest you visit them personally to inquire. If you’re staying with us and want to take the direct trip to the neighboring island, we can assist you in contacting them.

Otherwise, the route would be via Dumaguete City.

    • What time does the boat from Malatapay to Apo Island leave? How much does it cost?

There are regular trips in the morning (anytime between 7AM to 12PM)  and in the afternoon (around 2PM). The morning trip rate is PHP500 per person, one way, and the afternoon one is PHP300 per  person, one way.

Otherwise, there are special trips anytime from 7AM to around 3PM with rates starting from PHP4000, back and forth, depending on the capacity of the boat. You may arrange this at the Malatapay Wharf.
